*Update* It has been around 3 years since Charlie went missing. I know the chances are slim, but I would still appreciate if people kept an eye out for orange cats with a clipped ear. The reward still stands and I am grateful for any potential sightings or found cat ads sent my way. Thank you so much! **Original post* I haven't seen my outdoor cat Charlie since 9/18.
