If possible, leave your garage door cracked and place his/her bed, a blanket, and some of your unwashed clothes by the opening or on the front porch to attract them with scent. Put up flyers ASAP. No food or litter boxes, as it could attract predators. Cats have a great sense of smell, so hopefully, she will recognize the scent and return to you safely. Go out late when it quiets down with a flashlight and look in bushes, under vehicles, and anywhere she may be hiding. Look for the reflection of his eyes. Some have luck with shaking a bag of treats or an open can of tuna or sardines. Call her name softly and listen for a faint meow. She is scared, so she will not be loud. Please ask your neighbors to check their garages or sheds. Most cats stay close to home for several days and usually return between 12 and 4 am. Check outside often. I sincerely pray that she is warm and safe somewhere.
