Blacky is Missing in Gilmer County, GA

Description

UPDATED POST 🥺 Our beloved cat, Blacky, is missing in Ellijay, Georgia, and we desperately need your help bringing him home. 💔🐾 📍 LAST SEEN: PATCH TRAIL ROAD, ELLIJAY, GA 30540 Blacky was staying with a family member while recovering from surgery when he unexpectedly ran out the door. They tried to catch him, but he got away. I’m heading to Ellijay to search for him because I refuse to give up on my baby. We’ve been searching, and we will continue to search! Blacky is not just a pet — he is our family. He belongs to my daughter, who has autism, and she is not taking this very well. We are absolutely heartbroken and terrified that something could happen to him. 🐾 BLACKY’S DESCRIPTION: * 🐱 Maine Coon * 🐾 Bobbed/short tail * 👁️ Blind in one eye * ❤️ Very friendly and approachable * ✂️ Recently shaved around his lower body * 🩺 Recently neutered * ⚠️ He may be scared and hiding 🙏 PLEASE CHECK AROUND YOUR PROPERTY If you live near Patch Trail Road, please check under porches, decks, sheds, bushes, vehicles, crawl spaces, garages, and other hiding places. A frightened cat may be hiding quietly very close to where he was last seen. 🚨 IF YOU SEE BLACKY: PLEASE DO NOT CHASE HIM. If possible, take a photo and contact me immediately. Please include the exact location and which direction he was heading. If you are able to safely catch him, please hold onto him until we can arrive. We will offer a reward for Blacky’s safe return. ❤️🐾 📢 PLEASE SHARE! Please share this post with your friends, family, neighbors, local Facebook groups, and anyone in the Ellijay/Gilmer County area. Even one share could help bring our baby home. ❤️ 🙏🐾 PLEASE HELP US FIND BLACKY. WE JUST WANT OUR BABY HOME. 🐾🙏 If you’ve seen him or have ANY information at all, please message me. No sighting is too small. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us search for Blacky and bring him home. ❤️🐾🙏
