I am posting him for his owner Travis who misses him greatly. Cracker is for sure to be missing Travis. Cracker has given his owner Travis a new hope for life, a reason to smile and encouragement for a better future as he has been battling homelessness. He was taken from near Truman Rd and Sterling in Independence QT cameras spotted him taken by a homeless woman.
