13 month old, fairly small medium hair male cat. Very shy and afraid of people. Will run if confronted, but very gentle. Likely coming out at night to feed. Please check doorbell and security cams as he is probably hiding during the day.

Message from Owner

If anyone sees him, please contact us as he will likely run away if approached. He is very sweet but very shy and doesn’t have a lot of experience outdoors.

Make photo sheets with your info, leave with EACH home, business within at least 5 blocks each direction. Check ALL garages, sheds , outbuildings, WINDOW WELLS, cars, under car hoods, etc. Make a scent trail that smells like them & you to help them find home. Look online for tips to locate lost kitties during dark hours. I hope you find baby soon!💙🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hope he gets found 🙏someone may have him as an inside kitty !as where I live my kitty only goes outside with me in his kitty stroller or on his leash as was trained as a baby to a leash ! So I’m thinking someone thought he was lost and took him inside ! Which is so sad for his owners ! I’m someone would hate to turn an animal into the pound it’s so frightening for them but would put signs up everywhere where he is and let the local pound know u had them and leave your information with them !!! So he may be safe and someone has him inside which is so sad for his owners ! And I wish people would realize that owners are broken hearted loosing their pet!

Create a scent box ASAP at the spot where your pet went missing. Put LOTS of your dirty laundry outside-hang some high to help your scent travel farther. Change this out often to keep the scent strong. Put it out in the shape of the wheel - so as your dog moves they can catch your scent. Dogs can smell their human’s urine 10-12 miles away. Leave some by the scent box. Don’t shout at them when you see them. They are traumatized from not being around familiar people & area. When you see them crouch down so they come to you. Don’t put out food - concentrate on getting your scent out there. It took me over 4 hrs to get to where my hubby rolled our truck and where my dog got lost. I did the scent box and got him back on the 3rd day. Glad you're posting! More FB locals lost and found pet groups would be helpful too!! I understand the feeling and am saying a prayer for you and this baby --cats and dogs--
