Description

ZEKE has a broken upper fang tooth on his right side. He is a 2yr old unneutered, medium size male solid black cat with yellow eyes, short hair, long tail, very people friendly & loves exploring outdoors. IF YOU SEE A NEW BLACK KITTY AROUND PLEASE CHECK IF HIS UPPER RIGHT FANG TOOTH IS BROKEN. Zeke is my best friend and I am terribly worried about him. We live along the Pudding River off Wilco Hwy 214 on the Woodburn side of the bridge. There has been alot of recent crime occuring in this area, if anyone knows anything about my little boy PLEASE message Gina at 503-387-0901 getready4iticame2win@gmail.com THANKS - BLESS YOU!

Thanks Stephanie but I haven't found him yet just his girlfriend comes around she's a black cat too but she's bigger It's cute. One day there was even another black cat about his size. He's like The Fonz from Happy Days

I have heard multiple stories that these things work (including my own story!): Post flyers on every mailbox for several blocks around and ask people to feed him, if seen, so he sticks around. Say "Please Feed Me and Call My Mom!" (or Dad). Better still hand flyers out door to door. On the lostmykitty.com site, you can create flyers for free and print them to post in your neighborhood and on bulletin boards at markets, has stations, laundromats and store windows. LostMyKitty will send a copy of your flyer to local vets and shelters within 25 miles of your location. His first priority will be shelter and food so color photo flyers encourage people to help. Post flyers places where people gather, too, like the bulletin boards at markets, gas stations, and laundrymats and in store windows (with permission) near you. If the weather is damp and the flyers are outside, use plastic sheet protectors on your flyers. It is most lkely your cat is very nearby - especially if it hasn't been very long. If so, he wants to come in. Leave your garage door cracked...THIS WORKS! Put kitty’s bed/scratching post and your unwashed clothing just inside the door, and outside if the weather is good. Cats can detect familiar scents at a distance. Leave your windows cracked so you can hear if he comes crying. Post on Nextdoor.com in your neighborhood. It’s a good resource to help get the word out and membership is free. Make sure to include contact info to avoid delays. Stressed cats will not always respond to their owners' calls so bring a flashlight to shine off his eyes and some stinky treats and a carrier when you go looking during quiet times. If he isn't home soon, I might also place a photo ad in a small local paper as cats can travel miles if really freaked out. I've known several cats to be found that way, but it takes 2-3 months if they've gone far. Make sure the microchip, if she has one, is up to date with current info. Report as lost to the Shelter, then check in with them daily. Wishing you the best..
