🆘️Lula is on the euthanasia list. Lula has good behavior notes and no medical conditions currently other than heartworms. She has got to be one of the best dogs at the shelter right now and has simply been at the shelter too long and overlooked. Worried about the heartworms? Heartworm treatment is covered for local adopters with the purchase of heartworm prevention. Heartworm treated dogs, if caught early enough, can recover from them. She is still at the shelter and has good behavior notes. I don't think her owner is coming because she has been there for so long already.

More photos of her before she got picked up by BARC Animal Shelter & Adoptions and says it is a belt around her neck: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/19P86Rouin/
