Have you looked online at Arizona Rescue, Lost and Found? I have seen a dog very similar like your posted on either this site or the other stray or found sites. There is also "Straydar". I'm sure you have checked all lost and found sites out there already.

Anna M, please post a picture of the dog you claim to have found. Or you can contact me directly using the information from Sam's posture. Certain, low-life individual's have claimed that they have found Sam but would only send me a picture and their contact information if I would send them the promised reward through zelle. If you truly have him please call me or otherwise go away.
