Still looking for Apollo. To me, he is lost. Was adopted from the Humane Society on Longley Aug 6th. Transfer# A573573; Chip#81838 (my story: I was illegally arrested and detained and kept at Parr for 30days without any violation being filed. I never saw a lawyer (a lawyer never looked at the body cams), I never saw a judge. Just rotted for 30 days then was dismissed, nothing ever filed. No upcoming Court Case#. When I was arrested, I was playing video games in my apmt, TV on mute, headset on, normal talking levels. The Humane Society has 10days before the 4-legged family member legally becomes their property in this state. I’m 100% disabled Army veteran; I have good health insurance. It has become a conversational pattern in veteran circles that “in Nevada, those with good health insurance stay in jail longer, for no reason.” Perhaps it has to do with income taxes and who pays the bills, and a part of the Good ol’ Boy system. If you’re a veteran in this area, I’d leave too. If you reply “an animal is property”, you’re a part of the problem) Compensation/ Reward for those that have been keeping care of him.
