Grayish/ brown striped cat w/tip missing on its left ear. Eyes are a light sage green..

It took this cat two weeks to let me even pet it. It loves to be pet. If I stop petting it, it bats me on the back of my hand with its paw to keep petting pet. It is still scared and skittish though.. I hope to find its home because it deserves the love it’s been used to or will get. On the really hot days I will rub it down with a rag that I keep in the freezer and then dip it in water to soften it up and rub it on the top of it head, It’s back it’s tummy, and under his neck(I think it’s a male but not sure). He will sit there and just purr like crazy. It seems also that it likes to sit on my foot lol. If I could, I would keep it but I’m able to because I’m living with someone and they have three old cats and two dogs but, I’m not gonna let it die either so we keep it in the garage with several fans and jugs filled with ice that it can sit around and cool off.
