We miss him very very much. He is such a sweetheart, and loves to sleep with me and lay on my lap.

"He never leaves this long" Here is a posting by a cat rescue organization. First I would like to say I'm sorry for your cat and hope he is alright. I also did not include the pictures. So this is how my day started. Picking up yet another dead cat off the side of the road. This poor sweet soul. I have lost count of the number of times I’ve had to do this. YOUR CAT DOES NOT NEED TO GO OUTSIDE!!! KEEP THEM SAFE INDOORS Every day here on FB there is a countless number of “missing” cat posts.... “she never leaves the backyard “ “he always comes home for dinner” “she’s never done this before” Blah blah blah blah blah I have no sympathy for these people, only for the cats. So wake up people or this will be your cat next.

Check on 24petconnect.com, they are linked to all the local shelters and you can search by your zip code. Call and physically go into the shelters to look for him.

Also try playing cats or kittens meowing on YouTube outside in your yard or in a window of your home. Check with neighbors as he may have been accidentally locked in a garage or shed.

Try putting something outside with your scent on it, worn socks seem to work best. If you have a garage put a bowl of food in there and leave the door open enough for him to get in. Although I am sure you have already done this, start searching immediately and keep looking. Look in bushes, under cars, and anywhere he can crawl into, they tend to stay close to home. Take a can of food with you and call his name or use whatever sound gets him to come to you. Search early morning, evenings with a flashlight, and late at night. Praying for his safe return home 🙏
