Theo is Missing in Pittsburgh, PA

He was chunky but Im assuming hes lost a little weight. He has like a weird cry. He can sit on his back legs like a raccoon or something. His tail when he is scared looks like a raccoon. He has no microchip unfortunately. Please text or call if you have him or have seen him, my number is. Theo and my black kitty are such amazing friends, he is going to be so upset and Idk theo is probably scared..but he is so sweet and nice when he knows you. Please help bring him home. He was inside my hse last Aug 14. And now its been a week. He eats a lot and drinks a lot so it makes me wonder what he is doing. But he used to be pretty much an outside cat, but he hasnt been outside in over a year. My neighbor said she saw him in her hse, she went outside to smoke and he ran in. She said she didnt know if it was mine, ? Okay, she said she called animal control and they came right away and by the time they got there she said he wasnt in her hse anymore. Idk...hopefully we find him soon. Also, if you do have him he is very pushy with the love. If he wants petted, your petting him. He's kinda annoying but I love him. Hes my annoying lol. Please help me find him. Not one person besides the night it happened seen him and thats it

Hey if you find him hes a nice nice boy. He is a little pushy with love once he knows it is okay. I just want him to come home. By the way it isnt the black cat, its the orange one. But my black one is so upset without him.
