Message from Owner
Slappy is a beloved well-cared for community cat and our entire neighborhood is distraught over her absence for probably a week. She has a very obvious characteristic which is she keeps her head in a permanent tilt. She has lived outside and in a carport with her 15 other siblings and adoptive siblings for her entire life. She has never been more than 3 hses away and not for more than a few hours. She is very sweet and will allow you to pet her just not for long. She got her name because if you pet her for too long, she will put her paw on your nose to say "Stop!". Please help reunite her with all of her neighbors and cat siblings. She is also the main character in a local book and the author can't write because of despair and grief over the disappearance of this wonderful cat.
