Keep searching every 1-2 hours with flashlights and a box of treats or food to shake. Make a scent trail from home outward with some of your dirty socks. Look in and under vehicles, in storm drains, sewers, bushes, trees, alleys, dumpsters, porches, garages, balconies, behind and under barbecues. Check online repeatedly on listings for Found/Sighted Pets on Nextdoor, Ring Neighbors, Ring Rescue, Petco Love Lost, the Humane Society, and the pound. Post colorful flyers everywhere including on group mailboxes, street posts, windshields, school and church fences, storefronts. Drop some off door-to-door and at veterinary offices and animal hospitals. Keep searching and checking listings.

This is called a scent trail and will hopefully bring him home. Leave your garage door open a few inches so he can come in. Go out in the evening and before the sunrise and shake her/his favorite treats and search with a flashlight in cozy dark areas. Many cats get stuck somewhere so make sure you check your home and yard very thoroughly. Leave something out you have worn; not washed.
