Update: Animal Control came out but couldn't catch it. When I first saw it he only moved his head, wouldn't move. Then he did move to the end of the bushes. AC tried to catch him but he got up and ran, went under my fence. AC went into the back yard but it took off again. He was running fast but seemed to have a broken leg but that didn't slow him down. A neighbor contacted me and said it was her neighbors cat and they are looking for him now. I hope they find him and it gets home.

I live nearby, and it is my neighbor’s cat. I notified them, and they are going to look for him right now. He is very close to home, so hopefully he will get there. He runs from everyone but them, so other people aren’t much help. Animal Control was called earlier, but he ran from them. He appears to have a broken leg.

If he’s hurt and can’t move he is just coyote bait. Please call animal control or maybe local police can help.
