Two black small dogs, look like mini schnoodles, one is all black and the other white fur under the chin and chest, and black everywhere else. They aren’t puppies but they look they may have been abandoned

Theses two lovely dogs were found a couple hses down from us on Friday 9/4 around 1am. They’re super sweet and seemed hse trained. They seemed like they were abandoned since very hungry and thirsty. We want to make sure they get to the rightful owner. They aren’t chipped and no names to them.
