Blind dogs usually will travel downhill to natural water source so would check around and at closest water source . Check for places they could be stuck there and leading to there asap .

(Here are some tips to help you to find your LOST dog); Set-up a Scent Station outside, with the owner's dirty clothes/tie socks to trees, etc. Try grilling out some meat... Post also to Nextdoor; Put an Ad in the local newspapers; check Craigslist. Post Lost Dog signs in the area lost, (in a 5 mile radius); Give Flyers to neighbors/Mail and Delivery people; ask to please check under sheds, decks, etc. Report lost to area shelters; check often in person, if possible. Hope this helps to locate the lost pet!
