This dog has been living on my street for months. I have posted him twice on Nextdoor. I have been feeding him and have only been able to touch him once, but he is very scary. I noticed today that he doesn’t have any hair on the top part of his tail. I need a rescue to come rescue him. I have a small dogs and 2 cats, I can not take him
