Message from Finder
My husband and I found him in front of the Panda Express in Morrow, Georgia. The people that work there said that he had been there three days. He was very thin, hungry, and affectionate. We were told that he had been going across four lanes of traffic to Publix and back to Panda Express. We didn’t want him to get hurt, so we took him home.
