Message from Finder

Found wondering around Parkin street in Wilkes Barre yesterday but is still in the area today. The dog seems to be under weight and has a leg injury. she will not let people near here, but she hasn’t been aggressive towards myself, she just runs away.

Did they ever catch him? I know rescue came and the dog ran. Never found out if he was caught.

Jen Raub Good! Hopefully they press charges. Honestly if she dumped my dog I'd Honestly be going to jail her the trauma center cause that would be beat beyond belief. I see my dogs as my babies you dont mess with mine!!
