Message from Finder

Found wondering around Parkin street in Wilkes Barre yesterday but is still in the area today. The dog seems to be under weight and has a leg injury. she will not let people near here, but she hasn’t been aggressive towards myself, she just runs away.

Poor baby, she was dumped, hopefully she can let somebody get near her so she could be treated

Faith Bruno she was abandoned in the park originally on Monday. We have pleaded with an owner to step forward, even anonymously, to help tie her up somewhere safe so animal control can get her, but no one has.
