Message from Finder

Found wondering around Parkin street in Wilkes Barre yesterday but is still in the area today. The dog seems to be under weight and has a leg injury. she will not let people near here, but she hasn’t been aggressive towards myself, she just runs away.

I represent the SPCA of Luzerne County and WB Animal Control. DO NOT feed or approach this dog. She is a flight risk and a bite risk. Animal control is aware of the situation and actively trying to trap her at this time. Avoid the area.
