Awww, he's so cute and I love his name. Cats that get outside don't usually go far. He's probably scared and hiding/seeking shelter nearby. Keep checking under nearby porches, decks, shrubs and in garages and sheds. Best times to search and call for him are at dusk and dawn. Shake his treat bag while calling his name. Starting now and each day in late afternoon/early evening until he's home, put canned tuna/fishy canned cat food outside your door and watch for him. The fishy food is important because they can smell it from farther away and hopefully he will come back around from wherever he's hiding. The fishy food and a humane trap are how I finally got my lost cat back after seven weeks. My cat was also fearful and skittish, so the trap was the best way to catch him. I brought you can rent a trap from Humane Ohio on Alexis Road. Let your neighbors and mail carrier know that Cornpop is missing so they can be on the lookout for him. Put flyers up in the area. Post on Toledo and Surrounding Area Lost and Found Pet page and Sylvania/Toledo Lost and Found Pet page to get the word out. Sending prayers for sweet Cornpop to be safe and home very soon. Don't give up!!!
