This cat is currently in our parking lot. It looks kind of skinny. I gave it food and water. It seems friendly. I unfortunately cannot take it inside as I just rescued another cat from outside. Is this anybody’s cat?

Please don’t ever take an animal to the police department. They have contracts with local vets and those vets will send them to the pound better to take them to a rescue where they won’t be euthanized right away.
