DOG SAFE AFTER ROAMING ONTARIO Campus & Phillips Neighbors have seen him wandering for months Unk No microchip We were able to capture & he is now safe! - FOSTER NEEDED OR SHELTER BOUND - desperate need of grooming - no microchip - this is a found dog so we do not know if he gets along with dogs/kids/cats/grumpy spouse - he is very quiet & wagging his tail as if to say “thank you” Is this your long lost dog? This picture makes my stomach turn and my heart hurt. How can people allow their pets to get to this point of sadness? He looks so sad and hurt and if the owner does not come forward, please look into rescue organizations first because animal shelters are overcrowded and they are euthanizing way too soon and by the looks of this baby he probably would not last there very long and it breaks my heart to say that. I just don’t understand how these things happen.

Please post on Ring, Nextdoor, Petcolove.org, at your local shelter see if he is chipped at a vet or shelter, put up flyers but please don’t give him to just anyone make sure proof with pictures etc thank you
