Lynn Hodsdon I never said most wear prong collars as fortunately most right minded people don't use them. Back up your claim that most runaway aren't wearing a collar or harness. Or did you just make that up?

Lynn Hodsdon show me the stats to back that up. Given it's a legal requirement to have a dog chipped it's a moot point.
