Katie Louise what is wrong with you people my boy before he passed was 10 stone I walked him on a proper leather collar why because he was trained , if you need prong collars etc to control your dog you shouldn't own one ! I now have a DDB and yet a normal collar used why she is trained 👌

Thank you to all who have understood the reasoning behind the collar that is only used when absolutely necessary. Please can we all focus on finding Tommy, every time a notification appears on this thread it gives us hope of a sighting or something that could help us in bringing him home. Unfortunately, the moment you read a lot of these comments it’s something negative or an opinion. We really want to focus on getting our family dog back and the purpose of this group is to raise awareness to make that happen.

Julie Clouting I'm not a lazy person, I can walk one of my dogs off lead and she still wears a prong. Having 100% control of a dog is better than very little.

Jess Carveles I don't believe they would, I get it out the draw and all my dogs come to me and sit as there wondering who's going on a walk first. There is 0 resistance and It's never been used on the dogs as a bad thing to them it's just another collar for a walk.

Jo Bailey of course you are. You shouldn’t be let loose near dogs if that’s what you think is ok

Katie Louise do you know how likely it is that your dog will one day end up fed up up with it? Try training instead of using force to control and make then do what you want.
