Genevieve Samson our priority concern is finding the dog ,talk about kick a man when down ,poor dogs lost n your harping on about a bloody collar ,winde ya neck in n show some concern, nothing wrong with those collars used in proper hands and correctly ,so hope this dog s found safe and very soon .
