Message from Owner

I am seeking any information or sightings on my son. He wandered off and hasn't been seen since Saturday evening. He normally always stays around the property and comes home for dinner. He is my soulmate, my best friend, my everything. I don't know what I'm going to do if I cannot find him. He comes to ZENITSU or ZENI (zen ee), nitsu fritsu, kitty kitty, any of that he's friendly but doesn't like to be held. He sleeps with me every night and is a very sweet boy. I just want him back home. If anyone near qualla rd or the iron duff area off Jonathan Creek could check their sheds, barns, and any camera footage or sightings of him. He doesn't usually get lost or run away. I am worried sick and have been so emotional about him not coming home. If anyone could check camera footage is greatly appreciate it. I will give a reward of he is found as well. He is worth more than the world to me!!!! He loves to play with sticks and strings and could easily be cured by just dragging a branch or tossing rocks that he loves to chase. PLEASE IF ANYONE HEARS OF A RANDOM LITTLE BLACK CAT WITH NO TAIL PLEASE GET IN CONTACT WITH ME. I will do anything to be reunited with my son. He is very very loved and VERY missed.

Ask the delivery drivers and mail personnel to keep am eye out check the shelter make sure they are aware of him so if he gets brought in they don't accidentally put him down chk shelters within a 2.5 to 5 mile radius yes he could get that far but if he was taken that's about how far someone usually travels away before dumping. If you had problems or if thier is a particular person in neighborhood who hates cats I'd keep eye out same goes for someone who shows to much attention not liking or thinking it's safe for him to be out . Keep the search fresh in people's minds and check with local vets if he was hit or someone yook him they may might take him in for medical care.

If you can put out something heavy with your scent he will smell it your scent travels further will be more familiar and is a comforting scent which should draw him back home. Put it in a safe but accessible place near the area he disappeared from or usually hangs out in. He will probably be near it hiding in not to long a time. I've read recently in several rescues that this technique works. And the scent will last even if it rains and you can change the item every couple days. Putting Flyers in mail boxes and local vets and businesses doesn't hurt. Ask delivery people and mail personnel if they would take a flyer and keep an eye out they are in neighborhood and might see him. Check shelters and vets let them know your looking and that way if he's brought in they are aware he's lost . Good luck don't be afraid to call every couple of days. If you see him do not run after him he might be scared call to him let him know it's you carry his favorite toy treat or blanket to help reassure him.

I hope you find your baby dont be afraid to pester the shelter and resend flyers remember they can get far from home also given the weather someone could have picked baby up to save it or just taken it before to check with anyone who might have an issue with you because you never know many blessings you could look up a lost pet prayer and pray it I lost a cat once for over 20 days I started the prayer and within 12 days he was found a black cat in the desert for 30 plus days was found on Camp Pendleton what are the odds. People say it was luck I dont but that's me.
