If this is an indoor only cat that never goes out, look close. Indoor only cats when lost get scared and hide because it is unknown territory and usually do not come out when you call. Usually are within 3 or 4 houses . Put out something with your scent such as a piece of clothing or blanket. Call at dusk, dawn and night and shake the treats. Get in your neighbour's yards and look under decks, sheds, in trees, bushes or anywhere they can hide. Put up lots of posters. Leave some worn clothing outside from a door or window, leave slightly open If possible, it has been known to have worked on numerous occasions,please don’t leave the kitty litter tray outside as it attracts predators 🙏🙏🙏🙏💕. Shared

Keep looking. Don't give up, they have been know to return long time after. Did you put posters up? Also post at all the vets windows. Go out at night woth a flashlight look for glowing eyes. Expand the search, they can travel a long ways if scared.or chased. Leave something smelky of yours outside so he can smell his way home.

Have you called the BC SPCA Richmond to make a lost cat report? I am not sure if this could be him there as you dont mention if he has a microchip or age. Also if the date he went missing is correct.
