This area. Geneva has no animal control but they do have a dog breed ban including pitbulls and anything that look like it. Including rotties. Check with geneva police

You can upload a clear photo of Rocky to petcolove.org, Petco’s free Love Lost database. It uses facial recognition to help pet owners check shelters, vets and found-pet posts for possible matches. The AI looks at eye shape, markings, whiskers and tails. Since 2021, it’s helped reunite 250,000 pets with their people! Check back regularly for matches because more lost and found pets are added daily. If you haven’t yet, also consider posting on places like Ring and Nextdoor in addition to any other local groups in the area to reach more people who may have seen him.
