Tobi was not neglected HE IS LOVED Iv had him since 2014 as a puppy I let him roam around because I don’t believe animals should be trapped inside ALSO PLEASE DONT accuse me of neglect without know anything. If he were to see me he would jump in my arms. Please understand I just want him home.

Please look at Inland Valley Humane Society & S.P.C.A. there is a dog who looks like him but check male & female because poor baby is so matted & might be entered wrong 🐾🙏🏼
