Message from Finder
Hi! This sweet boy has been hanging around. I know he is someone's as he has a pheromone collar on and is very social with humans and wants to come inside. I'm thinking he maybe slipped out and has been on adventures (as he is not neutered) Well fed and clean, so just want to locate the owner! southeast Raleigh, can give exact address when I am contacted by the owner with proof of ownership (pictures, etc)
