Message from Owner

Henny is an indoor/outdoor cat, along with my four other indoor/outdoor cats. They have been coming in and out for about 12 years now altogether, but sometimes Henny decides to go MIA for a few days. This is normal for her, but not when she’s not coming back to eat at all and haven’t seen a side of her at all since this time. I’ve posted multiple times in my town group on Facebook and almost nobody has seen her and it’s getting me a little concerned because people usually do see her, or she comes back or is found. I’m starting to believe someone has her, being that I’m hoping for the best right now.

Shared🙏🙏🙏🙏 This woman has great tips on her site . I used the one below as well as a friend of mine. I have her downloaded book which is a quick read with tons of good info . I will gladly email it to you , pm your email address ( too big of a file for messenger) . She even answered our questions about strays in our area that may hv kept my friend’s cat in hiding . Also if you can rent a trap from St cats in Nay Aug park , Griffin Pond Animal Shelter or No Nonsense Neutering in Plains that will be helpful. Leave the door he escaped from or window cracked open in evening when it gets dark . Buy a cheap driveway sensor from Harbor Freight ($14) place by door and wait . Don’t leave food at all times ( only supervised) or litter outside it will attract other cats or wildlife & drive him further away https://www.lostcatfinder.com/

Lex Marie and definitely try the shirt! Leave one out in the back maybe! Even a pillow case if u rlly want her back! I feel like that would be even better! One that u don’t care about but u used recently!

I may still work cuz it will still have the scent of pee even if it’s not hers I think! It’s worth a shot! Just sprinkle it around the houses like where the drive was is and where the trampoline used to be! And even in the woods near the shed!

Adaleigh Mcglynn addy!!! <3 She rarely ever uses the litter box because of how often she’s outside. Do you think it’ll still work? I was definitely going to try the shirt thing though too!

Hey lex! Put some cat litter outside the house! It has to be dirty litter tho! Yeah it’s gross but it will attract her and it works all the time for my grams cats. Or put a shirt of yours outside somewhere! Or last case is to borrow a trap from NNN and trap her! I hope she comes home soon and is safe! 💕

Hopefully if she’s has a collar it’s a “breakaway”?

Sharon Lee Petroski Yasneski she’s indoor/outdoor. She’s mainly outside to begin with, she just hasn’t come home in over a week, which isn’t like her. Do you think the clothes idea would work just throwing some around the yard?

Borrow a trap from your Vet and set it close to where cat got out. Put food in the trap along with an unwashed Tshirt of owner for scent. Cover the trap with a towel or cat’s blanket.
