Jennifer Cadigan he’s safe at Mpls animal control and one of the GS’s already has a place for him after stray hold is done. He was very sweet, minus the behavior but that’s how I got slip leads on him-he was distracted!

I saw this pup around 5:00pm, same spot. I wasn’t able to coax him/her over to me.

Hello! This was my post. I spotted this dog somewhere in the red circle around noon while I was running. It had no collar and was running towards north.
