Frenchy gray and white spots and patches all over, sometimes limp when running left foot, eyes sometime crosses

He's allergic to chicken and need for his ear and pain, not use to other ppl and it scares and stress him, never been in the streets and not aware of traffic and other dogs that can hurt him, h is very timid but friendly was last seen with his brother a Terrier name Blaze older dog 12yrs, also still looking for him, they left together after getting out the yard of the sitter. I'm devastated Scotty turns 3 next month
