There is something called Every Door Direct Mail where you can make a mailpiece and blanket a full mail route, every house & business on that route. It is thru USPS. I think you can do it all online. I have heard that the Retreivers have used it before on lost dogs. Ask neighbors to search their properties. You could also put signs out, all around area lost from, especially busy intersections. Here is a sample sign:

Some of these tips may help: Can you leave garage door cracked for your pup? Put scent items out: worn clothing, smelly food. This may help them scent their way home. Make flyers up to bring to Vet offices, police dept, animal control, any stores or restaurants that will post. You can bring them door to door also or hang up in neighborhood. Talk to neighbors. Also post to your local Nextdoor if you can. Make a flyer for your mail carrier. Maybe you can give them several. 🍀🙏
