WyLee was last seen being chased by 3 men , 1 of them ,a middleage hispanic male used his Black Female pitbull to bait and lure him in , a second younger Hispanic male (on a bike) working with the 3rd suspect who cornered WyLee , and was able to him up and rode off on a skateboard. Missing Dog Flyers were Immediately posted offering CASH REWARD....I have recieved no phone calls regarding WyLee's return
