Long and skinny black cat with a white patch under his chin and the bottom of his stomach. Squeaky meows and is very timid but easy to hold or grab. Does not bite or scratch.

Hello! Our cat Billu slipped out of his leash yesterday around 7pm and ran out of our sight when walking him at Elmira College🥲😔. He ran past the fence and took a sharp left and ran in front of Anderson Hall towards McGraw hill. He’s very shy and timid and often hides very quickly. He is a long and skinny black cat with white patch under his chin and bottom of his stomach. If anyone has seen him around campus or near 67 apmt complex please let us know! Thank you so much!
