Please please, help me get her back home. She was found yesterday around 11 am and was shaking terribly due to the storm. First sighting of her started on August 10. If you’re her owner or know her owner, please help us find them. she is scared and in need of them.

Please don’t take her to Franklin county! I just learned that they keep young dogs in a crate, no potty breaks, for 3 days straight until they are spayed and available for adoption. Ugh. 3 days sitting in their pee. Poor babies
