You have to go to the shelter. He may be at the City of Cleveland shelter on Detroit if he was found in Cleveland. However they do transfer some of their dogs to the Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter in Valley View on Sweetwater Dr. You need to go here in person also. The Cleveland City Kennel should be able to tell you if he was transferred to Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter.
