You know I used to have a rescue and I rescued old Shih Tzu dogs I had 12 of them at one time but I lived in Maricopa and I lived in the country where they could run free but I always took them and got them groomed and got them their shots and took care of them and when they I had them cremated and put on the Shelf where I could keep them with me I don't understand why people take pets and let them go to this extent I would love to take that dog but I'm 71 years old now and I'm too old I have one little dog left of the Shih Tzus his name is burgers and burgers gets groomed every 2 months he's had all of his shots and he's a healthy little dog he's 10 years old now but I love him like a child the person who owns this dog should go to jail for letting it go like that shame on them and if you're reading this and you're the owner of that dog shame on you you know dogs are like humans they have feelings and they love you unconditionally they don't care what you look like or anything else they just care to be loved and cared for so please do something

First of all I want to give it to no owner because I don't care if it's been out for a little while it wouldn't look like that I'm thinking it maybe is a shih Tzu that poor baby looks terrible I hope it gets a good home or you keep it and take care of it please don't give it to anybody because some people don't do the right thing by dogs please don't give it to a shelter because they may euthanize it just help it please thank you for picking up as you have God bless you

That poor dog has either been on the street a long long time or the person who owns him does not care for him to let him get to that state.
