hire the drone company that just helped find that other doxie that was missing! They found the little baby so fast! Put out blankets and things that smell like you!

Put out his water and food bowls with strong smelling food. Put out your dirty laundry for a scent. Walk when looking for him to leave a scent trail. He can smell you far away. Check cameras in the area. Post on nextdoor.com More people will see this.
