Most cats stay fairly close to home when they get out so chances are high your cat is on your property or somewhere on your block, most likely three or four houses away. Search at night with a flashlight because the eyes will glow. Cats sometimes get stuck up in trees and can't get down so check there. Also check inside and under places he might be stuck or hiding such as sheds, barns, garages, crawl spaces, decks. Talk to your neighbors, put up missing cat posters up to a half a mile away, post on all local social media, and make sure to check with animal control weekly. Some people have had luck by putting something with the cat's smell, or the scent of home, out on the porch. Sometimes people also have luck finding their cat by walking around at dawn carrying an open can of tuna or smelly canned cat food.

Beautiful cat. Is she spayed? Check web site Missing Animal Response read Lost cat behavior. Check Community Cat Coalition how to find Missing indoor or Missing indoor/outdoor cat. If indoor cat, window perch or cat tree is good to watch world go by. Quality playtime with you and wand toys alleviates boredom and gets her exercised (running, jumping, chasing "prey"). Best wishes.

Get out calling kitty's name especially early and late when it's quiet. Search high and low with a flashlight. Put up posters with number large enough to be seen while driving. And post on Nextdoorcom
