Update: the cat is a male and fixed. He is also chipped except there is an issue. He originally came out of Knox County shelter, was adopted out of Pet Smart. Problem is Per Smart did not update his tag information. PAWS is waiting for a call back to contact the owner. Hopefully the owner can be reached and he can be reunited. If not, he will go up for adoption. He is a large cat, very talkative sweet 6 year old male. If you are looking to adopt a cat, please look into him.
