Message from Owner

Our sweet Oreo is missing, and we desperately want to bring him home. Oreo originally came to us as a 5week old foster after being found trapped in a car engine with burns and abrasions. I nursed him back to health, and he quickly became part of our family. ❤️ Oreo is strictly an indoor cat and is likely scared and hiding. He would much rather hide in a garage, closet, shed, or other quiet space than be out in the open. My son and daughter left for school last week, and that weekend Oreo slipped out of the hse during the night. We have been searching, but we haven't found him yet. Please check your garages, sheds, bushes, patios, and any small hiding places. If you see him, please don't chase him. Just message me right away. He is microchipped twice! #60 and45889 Please share this post with your neighbors. We just want our boy home. 💔🐾

We walk the neighborhood every morning and every evening. Can’t leave the garage open or the skunk will come in but his favorite blanket and a cat box that he used is on the back porch. I wake up most nights and call for him between one and 3 AM. There’s been no evidence of hit by car or remains from a coyote attack. So we will continue until we have closure.

Kate Rodriguez Put his unwashed towels outside on a windowsill,an elevated deck, on a fire escape,on a hanger on the edge of the roof, put his owner's,or favorite person's unwashed clothes outside on a hanger, on a fence,or fire escape, the scent will travel and help guide the cat back home.

Leave your side garage door open with a blanket, toy, or sandbox in the doorway. If he is wandering at night he might recognize the smell and go in. I hope you have the joy of finding him. He is loved! 💕

Check in bushes and under cars near your home, and check on the next street over, especially in the evening with a flashlight, calling out to him and making a familiar sound. Ask neighbors if they might have seen him, and when they last did if they have. Ask them if he might be trapped in their garage or shed. I hope he is found soon🙏🏻
