Please help me find this cats owner!!! I live in Ashton Pines in Hilltop and take care of a lot of the strays that seemingly get dumped, but this cat has a collar on & is very skinny & I'm worried somebody is out there looking for their baby. Just know I change out the water & food everyday & have hses for the cats. The kitty comes by almost every other day but I'm not able to get close to them to see if there's a tag on the collar. Please help me find their owners!!
