Message from Owner

Please help me find this kitten. It is small, maybe no more than 8 weeks old. It is extremely friendly with people, will only playfully nibble, and may respond to psst sounds. Last seen on the intersection of Maine Street and 79th Ave. No collar or any other human-associations aside from the friendliness. YOU CAN USE THE STRIPE AND PATTERNS ON BACK TO IDENTIFY. Please hold it for me and I will pick it up DAY OF and award you with compensation! Text a picture of it at !! Thank you!!

The only way a lost cat can find its way home is with its nose. They have to use their sense of smell to get home again. Put anything outside that smells like their territory. Put the pajamas you slept in outside because you probably sweated in them. Put out their food your stinky socks your smelly sneakers anything you can think of that the cat will recognize by smell. Cats usually stay within a five house radius of their own home for up to a week or so sleeping in the bushes during the day and coming out at dusk and dawn. Those are good times to take a walk shaking the treat bag calling out but cats also tend to come out and walk around very late at night. Try to keep a door cracked if you can whether it's the garage or whatever or a window cracked so you can hear them if they call out for you. Put this on all of the neighborhood pages as well as lost and found pets sites. Knock on the neighbors doors and make sure they know you're looking for your cat. Good luck PS cats can smell up to one mile away from their own house. Absolutely no litterbox outside or food. It attracts predators is why. Never give up.

Leave your clothes hanging outside! The scent can attract your pet back! Please put up posters around your area. You make print regular papers and put them in sheet protectors to make a poster. Then, post them around the neighborhood. Staple them to telephone poles, tape them to the glass entrances of stores, supermarkets, laundromats, whatever is nearby (get permission first), and whatever else will catch many eyes. State a money reward on your poster as well. Also share this post to other places such as Facebook, Nextdoor, Pawboost, Ring (neighbors), ACC Lost&Found, PetFBI, etc. Also check these platforms to see if you can find your pet listed in their "found" section. I hope you find your baby!
