Neutered male. White with brown stripes and mostly brown back area. Shaved down fur, tail is shaved a bit wonky. He has blue eyes and is quite shy, usually running away from people that he doesn't know. He's around 13 months old, the size of a full grown cat already.

Chili is one of the reasons I am still alive today, he's my baby and I just want him to come home. I've searched all over, calling his name, leaving out treats and his litter box. I'm really worried about him as he never goes far from my apmt when he escapes. I just want to know that he's safe and okay, especially with all the strays that live at the apmt complex that I am at. Help me bring Chili home please.
