Message from Owner

RUFUS HAS BEEN MISSING FOR ONE WEEK Losing Rufus feels like losing a member of our family. We are absolutely heartbroken, but we are still holding onto hope that he is out there and that we can bring him home. We cannot thank everyone enough who has reached out, shared our posts, kept an eye out, checked garages and sheds, or helped us search. And to the neighbors we’ve heard outside calling for Rufus late at night — thank you. It means more to our family than you know. ❤️ 🚩$100 CASH REWARD FOR HIS SAFE RETURN 🚩 Rufus was last seen around Artesian Dr. off Cooley Lake Rd. He is very friendly and curious and has been known to jump into vehicles or wander into open garages, sheds, etc. If there are any delivery drivers reading this post — Amazon, UPS, FedEx, USPS, DoorDash, or anyone else who was making deliveries in the area — PLEASE reach out if you remember having a cat sneak into your truck or seeing one around your vehicle. Rufus is extremely friendly, and we are worried there is a possibility he may have hitched a ride without anyone realizing it. Even if it seems unlikely or you aren’t sure it was him, we would still love to hear from you. It’s also getting colder outside, which means Rufus may be looking for somewhere warm to hide. Please take an extra look inside garages, sheds, barns, under decks, vehicles, trailers, or any other warm or sheltered areas around your property. We’re also asking everyone to please check security/Ring camera footage, backyards, wooded areas, and anywhere he could have unexpectedly gotten trapped. Even if you think you may have only caught a glimpse of him, please reach out. No sighting is too small. 📞 Call/text: 💵 $100 CASH REWARD
